Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and Services to you.

The headings used throughout these Terms are provided for convenience and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Certain products may be available exclusively online and may be offered in limited quantities.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products, scents, collections, sizes, or other offerings at any time.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, packaging, appearance, and other characteristics accurately. However, colors and appearances may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, product batch, or other factors.
Because many LK Luxe Beauty products are handcrafted or prepared in small batches, minor variations in appearance, texture, color, or consistency may occur. These variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, address, or order when reasonably necessary.
SECTION 4 — PRODUCT USE & SENSITIVITIES
LK Luxe Beauty offers cosmetic, fragrance, body-care, and personal-care products.
Unless otherwise stated, our cosmetic and body-care products are intended for external use only.
Product descriptions, ingredient information, and other information provided through our website or marketing materials are for general informational purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Individual experiences and results may vary.
Ingredients that are suitable for one person may cause sensitivity, irritation, or an allergic reaction in another. Customers are responsible for reviewing available ingredient information before using a product.
We recommend performing a patch test before using a new topical product, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a medical condition, known allergy, significant skin sensitivity, or other health concern, consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding whether a product is suitable for you.
Products should be used only as directed and kept out of reach of children when appropriate.
SECTION 5 — FRAGRANCE PRODUCTS
Fragrance preferences are highly personal. Descriptions of fragrance notes, scent families, intensity, longevity, and similar characteristics are intended to help customers understand a fragrance but do not guarantee that every customer will perceive or experience a fragrance in the same way.
Fragrance performance may vary depending on factors such as skin chemistry, environment, application, and storage.
A dislike of a fragrance or personal scent preference does not constitute a product defect.
SECTION 6 — PRICING
Prices for our products, shipping, promotions, and other Services are subject to change.
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products or Services, subject to applicable law.
The price displayed at the time an eligible order is submitted generally applies to that purchase, except in circumstances involving an obvious pricing or technical error or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 7 — ORDERS & BILLING INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing or inventory errors, suspected resale activity, or other circumstances that may affect our ability to fulfill the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount owed to you will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our policies.
We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
You are responsible for ensuring that your email address, telephone number, billing information, and shipping information are accurate when placing an order.
SECTION 8 — RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER ISSUES
Due to the nature of our personal-care, cosmetic, body-care, and fragrance products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because of change of mind, scent preference, or for products that have been opened or used.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact cs@lkluxe.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected product and packaging.
If an issue is determined to have resulted from an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
SECTION 9 — ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Our standard order processing time is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated on a product page, collection page, preorder announcement, or other applicable notice.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Selecting a faster shipping service does not shorten our order-processing time.
LK Luxe Beauty currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship to Canada or other international destinations.
Current shipping options, rates, estimated transit times, free-shipping eligibility, address requirements, lost-package procedures, and other shipping information are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier operations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 10 — DELIVERED & LOST PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If tracking confirms that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided with the order, LK Luxe Beauty is generally not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement occurring after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers who cannot locate a package marked delivered should check with household members, neighbors, leasing offices, mailrooms, other secure delivery locations, and the shipping carrier.
If a package appears to be lost while in transit, please contact cs@lkluxe.com as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so that we can review the shipment and determine appropriate next steps.

SECTION 11 — PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, LK Luxe Beauty may offer sales, promotional codes, gifts with purchase, free shipping, loyalty rewards, or other promotions.
Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, minimum purchases, product exclusions, expiration dates, redemption limits, or other conditions communicated with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a promotion when reasonably necessary, including in cases of technical error, fraud, abuse, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 12 — PREORDERS & LIMITED-EDITION PRODUCTS
Certain products may be offered as preorders, limited editions, seasonal releases, or other special releases.
When purchasing a preorder item, customers acknowledge that the item is not immediately available for shipment and will be subject to the processing or estimated shipping timeline disclosed with the applicable offer.
Estimated preorder dates may change due to production, inventory, supplier, carrier, or other unforeseen delays. If a material delay occurs, we may provide updated information or options as appropriate.
SECTION 13 — OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, payment services, websites, or other resources.
We do not necessarily control these third-party services and are not responsible for their independent practices, content, policies, availability, or actions.
